Hot Pot oder auch Feuertopf ist ein traditionell chinesisches Essen. Das chinesische Fondue wird vor allem im Winter sehr gern gegessen. Shabu Shabu ist das japanische Pendant dazu. In diesem Video zeige ich euch mein Hot Pot Rezept für Zuhause und 3 meiner Lieblings Hot Pot Saucen zum selber machen. Der Feuertopf ist auch eine schöne Idee für Silvester, wie ich finde, als Alternative zu Raclette. Probiert es mal aus, es ist ein sehr geselliges Essen und macht aufjedenfall sehr viel Spaß! :)

Hot Pot Gewürze und Zutaten für die Brühe:
Fleischknochen, Schmalz, Zwiebel, Knoblauch, Ingwer, Frühlingszwiebel, getrocknete Chilis, Zimtstangen, Sternanis, Muskatnuss, Lorbeerblätter, Fenchelsamen, Nelken, Koriandersamen, getrocknete Mandarinenschalen, Kandiszucker, bunte Pfeffer, chinesische Datteln, Goji Beeren.

Asiatische Saucen
- helle Sojasauce
- chinesischer Kochwein
- Hoisin Sauce
- Chili-Bohnen-Sauce (Toban Djan)
- Chinkiang Schwarzer Reisessig
- geröstetes Sesamöl

Ich habe schon lange nichts mehr so abgefeiert, wie diese Werbeaktion zur Einführung des neuen TV-Senders TNT in Belgien. Da wäre man selber doch mal gerne live dabei gewesen.
Die Werbeleute von TNT haben sich für ihren neuen Spot etwas ganz Besonderes ausgedacht: Sie haben einfach einen roten Button mitten auf dem Marktplatz einer Kleinstadt postiert und per Schild dazu gebeten, diesen zu drücken. Die Passanten welche sich trauten erwartete ..... aufregende und dramatische Minuten. Schaut es euch selbst an :D
